To make all men see….. Ephesians 3:9

Why I Am a Hyper-dispensationalist (3) – Cornelius (Part 1)

We look at a video of Dr. George Antonius critiquing a video by Pastor David O’Steen concerning what was Cornelius saved into, the kingdom or the body of Christ.
The first thing that we see is that Pastor O’Steen contradicts himself when he uses the terms ‘prophetic program’ and ‘mystery program.’ Dr. Antonius points this out and also uses these terms. The problem is that those terms do not exist in the scripture. Using unscriptural terms causes the root problem. There are mysteries revealed in prophecy and there is prophecy given in the dispensation of grace.
The second problem is that both men assume that Cornelius and his house were lost and the salvation that they attained in Acts 10 is eternal soul salvation. This error is made by many when looking at the terms ‘save,’ ‘saved’ and ‘salvation’ in the Word of God. The salvation Cornelius and his house obtained was salvation into the inheritance of Israel.
