Can there be a Christian culture without Christ?
A recent video featuring the atheist Richard Dawkins illustrates the fact that without Christ there is no life that can have meaning. The is no hope of a better world or even a righteous culture on this earth in which to live.
It is Christ who gives life, hope, freedom, and even a favorable culture on this planet.
The culture is found in Philippians 2. And while many want what is found in verses 2-3: ” Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves,” and verse 14: “Do all things without murmurings and disputings,” they would remove verse 4-13 because they tell us the source of this life that can be lived.
Ultimately, there can be no Christian culture without Christ.
