Inspiration and Preservation

Inspiration was given by the Holy Spirit and preservation of that inspired Word was promised by God. If only the original autographs of scripture are the inspired word of God, then no one has the word of God today. If scripture cannot be translated into another language and remain scripture, then a large part of the Greek New Testament is not scripture because all quotations from the Old Testament were translated from Hebrew to Greek.
